1980 (08) Queen Mother - Paramins Official

Extremely scarce Official - an exercise was done a few years ago and only 20-25 of these seem to exist.

Originally sent out as a promotional item, it is fairly certain that the majority were discarded or destroyed.

This cover is in pretty good condition apart from a small brown mark to the left of the Handstamp. There are a few minor bends at the top and right hand edges but those are generally expected as it did go through the postal system.
